By implementing the proposed investments, SC MAJUTEX SRL aims to:
Improve energy efficiency through technological modernization and the implementation of an energy management system (EnMS), to reduce energy consumption, operational costs, and CO2 emissions, while also ensuring an increase in productivity and long-term sustainability.

The investment will consist of:
1. Replacing 5 old and inefficient equipment in the production process with new, high-energy performance ones:
- 1 winding machine with voltage accumulators, laser sensors, and electronic card
- 3 weaving machines with VIPS control system and visual inspection
- 1 digital printing machine with inline drying system using UV LEDs
2. Implementing an energy management system according to the ISO 50001 standard, which will include:
- Installing smart meters for electricity at the level of the newly purchased equipment
- Establishing an energy policy and key performance indicators
- Developing green procurement procedures and eco-design of products
- Training and raising employee awareness about energy saving
- Periodic auditing and analyzing energy performance for continuous improvement
