Aramid fabrics are advanced synthetic materials known for their exceptional strength and durability, primarily derived from aromatic polyamide fibers. The structure of aramid
fibers consists of rigid molecular chains that contribute to their high tensile strength and thermal stability.

There are two main types of aramid fibers: Para-Aramid and Meta-Aramid. Para-Aramid (Kevlar®/Twaron®) is renowned for its high strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for ballistic and cut-resistant applications, while Meta-Aramid(Nomex®) is recognized for its flame-resistant properties, commonly used in firefighting gear and protective clothing. We use a wide range of Para-Aramid yarns having counts ranging from 930 dTex to 3360 dTex, according to the NIJ level of protection required. We produce all kinds of para-aramid fabrics having various applications such as: ballistic plates, ballistic vests, ballistic helmets and also fuselage. Both prepreg and DWR(durable water repellant) types of fabric are part of our portofolio. Prepregs are high-performance reinforcement solutions combining para-aramid fibers with pre-impregnated resin systems. Prepregs are engineered for applications demanding exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, impact resistance, and thermal stability. Our premium Meta-Aramid (Nomex®) fabrics are specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of high-temperature and flame-resistant textile applications. Using a comprehensive range of metric counts from 40/2 to 80/2 NM, these fabrics offer exceptional versatility for diverse manufacturing needs while maintaining the inherent protective properties that make Nomex® the industry standard. The product line spans from 40/2 NM yarns designed for heavy-duty applications requiring maximum durability, through balanced 50/2 NM options that provide optimal strength and processability, to ultra-fine 80/2 NM yarns perfect for applications demanding superior comfort without compromising protection. Available in both solution-dyed and Jigger-dyed (in-house) colors, our Nomex yarns are manufactured under strict quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent properties, reliable processing performance, and dependable end-product characteristics that meet the most stringent industry standards.
