Project description – “Improving the operations of SC MAJUTEX SRL through the adoption and use of digital technologies”
Project purpose
The general objective of the project is to increase the level of digitization of SC Majutex SRL, through an integrated approach that includes the implementation of advanced digitization solutions, to improve internal processes (production, design, and quality management), data accessibility, and the digital skills of employees. The project aims to capitalize on the advantages of digitization for the benefit of the company, strengthening its market position and its ability to adapt to the requirements of the digital economy.
The project directly contributes to the specific objective of Priority 2 of the North-East Regional Program 2021-2027 – “North-East – A more digitized region” by implementing 3 advanced digital solutions, ensuring compliance with DESI standards, and improving the digital skills of staff in the ICT field to increase the digital intensity of Majutex SRL. This will enable the company to more efficiently leverage digital resources for optimizing processes, improving customer experience, and opening up to new markets and business opportunities. Through its contribution, the project supports regional economic development, promotes innovation and competitiveness within the digital economy, and aligns with the EU's strategic objectives for digitization and sustainable growth.
Specific objectives
Specific objective 1 (SO1) – Implementation of an advanced quality management system – By digitizing the Quality Assurance process, including the acquisition and implementation of a digital microscope and other necessary equipment, the aim is to improve precision and efficiency in evaluating the quality of textile products. This also includes the implementation of specialized software for automatic data interpretation, eliminating subjectivity and reducing the risk of errors.
Through this objective, the project aims to implement a package of advanced technologies to ensure accurate and efficient analysis of the quality of textile products, through three main pieces of equipment: the digital microscope, the digital spectrophotometer, and the dynamometer.
Specific objective 2 (SO2) – Strengthening online presence and improving communication with customers – By developing and launching a new website with enhanced functionalities, the aim is to provide a superior user experience, with smooth navigation and richer interaction. The objective includes using SEO principles for better online visibility and compliance with GDPR regulations for data protection.
Through this objective, we aim to transform and strengthen the online presence of the company, directly addressing current challenges related to limited visual aspects and constrained functionalities of the existing site. By implementing a new website, Majutex aims to improve user experiences and reflect the values and professionalism of the brand more accurately.
Specific objective 3 (SO3) – Optimizing internal processes and increasing operational efficiency – This involves digitizing administrative and production workflows by implementing integrated IT solutions that enable more efficient management of documentation and reports. This objective also includes adopting mobile technologies to enhance employee mobility and accessibility to critical information in real-time.
To optimize internal processes and increase operational efficiency, we aim to acquire and implement advanced IT equipment (IT hardware) that will significantly improve the efficiency of workflows, both in the production department and the administrative one, through digitization and automation.

Improved mobility and accessibility – For employees of the company to access critical information in real-time, regardless of their location, facilitating communication and collaboration between teams.

By the date of 28.02.2025, all procurement procedures planned for the first stage have been completed, with contracts signed for all necessary equipment and services for implementing digitization solutions.
